How To Control A Public Strike Or A Movement Or A Rally On Road?

Sometimes you may have seen it on road while you are driving or on a bus, some kind of commotion on roads where people are gathered together and shouting g to get their rights. These are mostly strikes. Sometimes to get some concept to others, people are often organize rallies or movements on road and they walk until a planned target to ask their right and else. Well, the problem is, not just about their right and all, their strike and the movements are creating havoc on road making it block and unable to drive or walk on the road. Because of these rallies, there can be huge traffic jams and vehicle might get stuck for many hours on road without having much of a choice but to hold until the rally is over.
